This wine blended 2023 golden muscat & musann blanc, with 2022 Blanc de Blancs vintage sparkling reserve base wine. Invigorating lemon, pomelo, lychee, and citrus peel to brighten the nose to the palate, focused acidity and enveloping minerality, with lightly peppery spiced salinity that finishes fresh & fragranced, wanting a next sip. This wine tastes like a picturesque sunny day, with an immense blue sky, glistening ocean and a pristine sandy beach, accompanied by flora and crabs crawling on the rocky edges. An ideal wine for all year round, or pair with any succulent seafood like oyster, mussel and clam, grills, fresh cheese, lightly spicy food. Suggested serving at 10-12C.
