On Sakurajima, one of the few existing active volcanoes in Japan, President Tsuruta found a 50°Chot spring by digging deep down into an 800-meter cave near the Honjo River. Seeing the emerging hot spring water, President Tsurutamade it a free source of water for nearby residents as a reward in the early days. With its amazing taste, the sweet onsen(hot spring) water soon spread wide, and people crowded in lines to have a drink. Amid constantly growing inquiries, President Tsuruta entrusted relevant institutions to analyze and test the water quality. The onsen(hot spring) water is proven to carry multi-nutrients, like essence of blue-green algae extract.

We loaded two cups with tea leaves, pouring tap water in one and Jyukakuonsen water in the other. After 10 seconds, the water in the cup loaded with Jyukakuonsen water turneda honey color, and the water in the other cup remained unchanged. Through this difference, we could tell that Jyukakuonsen water soaks tea leaves quickly and has great power to draw out their ingredients. A tiny water molecule is one-third the size of molecules in normal tap water, and this is what makes Jyukakuonsen water taste soft and delicious, and makes people better able to absorb its nutritional essence.

We dropped a pH-testing solution into transparent tap water, widely sold bottled water, and Jyukakuonsen water. Soon, the tap water turned green(neutral), the widely sold bottled water turned blue (weak-alkaline), and the Jyukakuonsen water appeared violet (alkaline). This is proof that Jyukakuonsen water is analkalinewater. Over-consuming meat, being under intense pressure, and living with an irregular routine all can give people acidity issues. Jyukakuonsen water measured 9.4 in the pH test, a preferable water type for human beings.
